We offer free shipping on all orders shipping within the USA with a value of $50+ after any discounts. Orders ship from Miami.

We have a 30 day return policy — you have 30 days after receiving your item to submit a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

We reserve the right to refuse returns that are damaged or show signs of wear. Products purchased on sale cannot be returned. Outbound shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.

To start a return, you can contact us at returns@casacorazona.com with your order number and reason for the return.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
